Mrs. Kelly Benchoff
Mrs. Benchoff completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography and Environmental Studies at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She taught pre-school at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic School in Tucson, AZ; then, continued her studies at the University of Arizona where she received her teaching certificate. After teaching 1st Grade for three years at Our Mother of Sorrows, Mrs. Benchoff stayed home to raise her family. After homeschooling for two years, she and her family joined Blessed Sacrament Parish and School. In March, she received her Utah Teaching Certificate and is fulfilling her dream of becoming a full-time teacher and mom. Mrs. Benchoff is enthusiastic, energetic, and loves to sing, laugh, and make a mess. She believes hands-on learning and learning centers create a smooth transition to more academic work. She believes teachers are stewards of great responsibility and welcomes your children into her nurturing and academics centered classroom. She invites us to pray for one another as, together, we begin your child’s journey in academics centered in Christ’s love. Mrs. Benchoff is thrilled to work and teach at Blessed Sacrament Catholic School helping children reach their full potential. As a life-long learner myself, Mrs. Benchoff is confident in finding the spark that ignites your child’s love of learning.
“Let the little children come to me, and do not prevent them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” Mk 10:14
