Welcome to Preschool!
Preschool is one of your child’s first exposures to school. At Blessed Sacrament Catholic School, we provide a two-hour morning program for 3-year-olds where they can meet friends, participate in circle time, and learn their letters and numbers. Some curriculum highlights include:
- Developing fine and gross motor skills
- Dancing and movement
- Scissor skills
- Letter formations
- Calendar time and days of the week
- Sharing with others
- Emotional development and self-awareness
Preschool Requirements:
- 36 months by September 1st
- Potty Trained
- Fully immunized for age
Learning Foundations
One of Preschool’s special projects is their letter craft books. This combines fine motor, scissor skills, matching, letter formation, and alphabet skills.
Preschool is in session Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, with after-school care available.
Miss Elizabeth Workman
Elizabeth Workman grateful to have grown up in Connecticut and Vermont and is now enjoying life in Utah. She attended college in Boston, where she majored in Early Childhood Education. Elizabeth has spent most of her life working with children in a variety of roles. She is excited to be part of such a caring, loving, and meaningful environment and looks forward to growing alongside the exceptional students she has the privilege of working with.
