Little Blessings Extended Day Program
The Extended Day Program (EDP) at Blessed Sacrament Catholic School, known as “Little Blessings,” is a before and after school option available to registered students from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. Little Blessings provides busy families and students with the support they need to succeed. The available child care, supervision, enrichment activities, and study time, all set aside in a safe and welcoming family environment is provided at only $4.50 per hour. Children enjoy time participating in physical activities, creative play, crafts, completing homework, and tiding themselves over until dinner with a healthy snack.
Note: To ensure the safety and health of every student, Blessed Sacrament Catholic School enacts a set of rules guiding the use of Little Blessings Extended Day Program. These can be referred to in our Little Blessings Extended Day Program (EDP) Handbook available by request and linked here below.
Illness: If a child is experiencing a fever of 100⁰ F or more, the child must be FEVER FREE for 24 hours before returning to school. The same holds true for vomiting and for diarrhea. If a child is suffering from one or both, these need to have ceased for 24 hours before returning to school.

Mrs. Mary Smith
Director of Little Blessings Extended Day Program
Mrs. Mary Smith
For over 11 years, Mrs. Mary Smith has provided support to Blessed Sacrament Catholic School as the Director of Little Blessings Extended Day Program. She has been a parent at Blessed Sacrament, too. Mrs. Smith has 4 children, all of whom attended and graduated from Blessed Sacrament.
She succeeds in assembling a team each year that cares for our students and families. In addition, Mrs. Smith has also become Director of the Blessed Beginnings Daycare and responsible for the care of our littlest community members.
Mrs. Smith earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in Early Childhood Development. Her years of experience and education combine perfectly as a provider of support service to Blessed Sacrament Catholic School.
